Tonight for Supper: Something to Tweet About

Let's face it. Two years ago my cooking repertoire consisted of oatmeal, scrambled eggs, top ramen, and chocolate chip cookies. I'd jokingly brag that I could whip up a "mean bowl of cereal". Har har. It was only funny until Mr. Right popped the question and slipped a beautiful ring on my finger, and then the realization hit me.

If I don't learn to cook, we're going to starve.

As a wanna-be domestic and a self-proclaimed health nut, that was just unacceptable. I decided that it was time to get my hands dirty (sometimes literally) and expand my recipe repertoire.
